Why an alumni association?

The African Diaspora Club Alumni association is a unit that regroups and reunites all men and women who have at some point in the history of their lives, felt and shown passion for the African Diaspora Club at Towson University.

Since the year of its creation until now, the African Diaspora Club has thrived and prospered as one of the flagships of students’ African pride and unity within the borders of Maryland and beyond. This club has created a legacy, OUR legacy, for the present and future generations of African students who wish to celebrate the beauty of our continent and work actively towards its social and economic development.

The idea behind the African Diaspora Club Alumni association is simple: enable us all to keep in touch over time and distance, and create an enduring resource pool for ADC. ADC needs us now and will need us in the future to open doors of funding and opportunities.

My pride is immense when I think of the honor that it is to be a member of this organization, and to have known you all. Let's find each other again, as African brothers and sisters, students and professionals, and show this side of the world what a powerful thing African unity can be. God bless us all.

We understand that since you have graduated from Towson University, you may have not had the opportunity to stay up to date with things that have been happening with ADC, and it is for this reason that we have created this page.

You have in so many ways, played an important role in the growth and success of our organization and we want you know that we are forever grateful to you.

It is our desire to build upon what you have already accomplished and take this organization to the next level.
We are dedicated to maitaining a close relationship with you and to establish a stronger network of ADC alumni that will continue to support the vision and mission of the African Diaspora Club.

So we hope that you will join us as we begin this new school year.
